LibX LLC is a US-registered company (Wyoming). I run LibX from India, 90 minutes ahead of Dubai, so we keep the same working day. I'm telling you up front because you should know who you're working with.

Can I see it working before I pay?+
Yes. Test every tool on this site before you pay a cent: the website scanner, the chatbot and the price calculators are all live on the site. On the 15-minute call I also show you LibX's own AI staff working.
Is this only for certain industries?+
No. It works for any owner-run business that gets calls, quote requests or bookings. Our templates show three examples (fit-out, villa maintenance and garages), and we build the same 7 steps around your business.
Do I need to know anything about AI?+
No. That's the point. You tell us how your business works; we set everything up and run it. You'll use it like a normal phone and website.
What exactly do I have to do?+
About 30 minutes to send us your prices, hours and common questions, the 15-minute call, and some time on day 3 to test it. That's it.
Do I need a new phone number?+
You keep your number. Only the calls you don't pick up, or calls after hours, would be forwarded to the AI receptionist. We check call forwarding with your UAE provider on our call, before you pay.
Will my customers know it's AI?+
Yes. It says so when it answers. It sounds like a friendly front desk and uses only the answers and prices you approve.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
It can make mistakes, so it's set up to take a message when it isn't sure. You can read what was said on every call, and we fix anything that's off.
Where do the bookings go?+
Into Google Calendar or Calendly today. If you use project or field-service software, I check it on the call and tell you plainly whether we can connect to it. If we can't, you get each booking request with the name, job and time, and you confirm it.
Do I have to replace my website?+
No. We can build you a new fast one or add the chat, calculator and booking to the site you already have.
Does it work on WhatsApp or send text messages?+
Not yet. At launch it answers your phone and website chat, and follow-ups go by email. You can still add a WhatsApp button that reaches you and your team directly.
What happens if I stop paying the AED 1,500?+
The AI systems switch off at the end of the month. You keep your phone number, your domain, your website files and your customer list.
Is there a limit on calls?+
The AED 1,500 plan includes 1,000 minutes of phone receptionist calls a month, about 330 calls. Most owner-run businesses use far less, because it answers only the calls you miss and after-hours calls. We email you at 80%. Above 1,000 minutes it's AED 0.75 a minute, or we can pause answering for the rest of the month; your choice.
I run a clinic. What about health questions?+
The receptionist is set up not to ask for or answer health questions; it takes a message for your team. It handles bookings, hours and prices only.
Who is LibX?+
LibX LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA, and I run it from India. We aren't a UAE company. I'm on every call.
